Hey, folks! Hope you’re enjoying a fantastic weekend. I just received some wonderful news—one of my closest family members got engaged yesterday, which absolutely made my month. I’m thrilled for them both!
Now, let’s dive into today’s NYT Connections hints and answers.
How To Play Connections Connections is a free and popular daily word game from The New York Times. A new puzzle is released every day at midnight, which you can play on the NYT website or the Games app.
In the game, you’re given a grid of 16 words. Your objective is to group these words into four sets of four by identifying the connections between them. The groups can be based on categories such as clickable items, names for research participants, or words that are often paired with body parts.
There’s only one correct solution for each puzzle, so you’ll need to think carefully, especially since some words might fit more than one category. You can shuffle the words to help you spot potential links.
Each group is color-coded: yellow is usually the easiest, blue and green are of moderate difficulty, and purple tends to be the trickiest, often involving wordplay.
To play, select four words you believe belong together and press Submit. If you guess incorrectly, you lose a life. Sometimes, if you’re close to forming a correct group, you might get a hint that you’re just one word away. However, you’ll still need to figure out the correct swap.
After four wrong attempts, the game is over. But don’t worry! With the hints provided here—and the full answers if you need them—we’ll make sure you get through today’s puzzle. Like Wordle and other games, you can easily share your results with friends on social media and group chats.
